Payment Policy

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely, and your personal information is protected at all times.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase.
  • Saturday Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
  • We do not process orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders ship out the next business day after purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, free of charge.

Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
