Urban Candles Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Urban Candles! We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring your candles arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after your order is placed.
  • Saturday Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, location, and selected shipping method at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.


International Shipping
